Richard's Notes
As I stepped through the beveled crystal door of this unique architecture designed English Tudor (commissioned by a local self made Green Grocer, Mr. Samuel Fardella, and built c. 1936), and peeked through beyond the acid etched glass panes of the vestibule door, I half expected the Andrew Sisters to float down the stairs with their "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy". Both the Formal Living and Dining Rooms evoke a similar nostalgia - the original Terrazzo tiles in the Breakfast Room and Art Deco Light Fixtures are just divine!
Further back, the House opens to an award winning, 1992 OHBA SAM award, Great Room Extension adjoining a Modern Kitchen.
